Jonathan Kilby BSc(Hons) MRICS
Jonathan Kilby is a British national with extensive and wide ranging experience of professional property consultancy both in his native UK and, for the last twelve years, in the Czech Republic and wider CEE region.
Jonathan holds an honours degree in Land Management (Real Estate) from the University of Reading, UK. He qualified as Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and as an Associate of the Incorporated Society of Valuers and Auctioneers (since merged with the RICS) in 1997.
Jonathan moved to Prague in 1998 and joined Colliers International with a mandate to establish their Valuation Department. In this position he was responsible for establishing and developing the company’s valuation business, and was in addition involved in a number of pan-regional instructions on behalf of major institutional clients.
Since leaving Colliers International in 2002, Jonathan has been providing independent property valuation, investment and development advice to a range of private and institutional clients. In response to a perceived unmet need for impartial, independent and professional property advisory services on the Czech market, in 2005 he established Branton Associates s.r.o. as an independent property investment and development consultancy.
